Since 1977 Temple Har Zion Sisterhood ~ Women of Reform Judaism has been a dynamic and diverse group of women of various ages, occupations, goals and interests who have a strong common bond, the desire to contribute to our Temple and our community. We are a social network, a fundraising body, a community support group and a committed group of Reform Jewish Women.

We host a variety of social, educational and spiritual programs and events throughout the year. These include book reviews, movie nights, Sisterhood Services, programs pertaining to women’s issues and major fundraising events which support Temple and women’s charities.

Donations collected from the Temple Har Zion Sisterhood Fund assist our Temple Youth who wish to attend Camp George or participate in NFTY trips to Israel. Sisterhood also recognizes all Bar/Bat Mitzvah and Confirmants with a gift.  Each year our “Sisters” cook and serve meals for the Temple’s Out of the Cold guests.
