Temple leaders works closely with the Clergy, Executive Director, school and office staff.  The structure includes the Executive Committee (which is comprised of the President, the Treasurer, the immediate Past President, several Vice-Presidents and the Rabbi (ex-officio)), the Board, and a number of committees and auxillary groups which all work together to plan and support all aspects of Temple life.    

The Board is made up of the Executive Committee, the President of Brotherhood, Sisterhood and MHARZY (our senior youth group), together with several other members at large.  This group helps manage Temple affairs and approves all policies, budgets and financial decisions.

The President, with the Executive, supervises the general management of day-to-day operations. Committee chairs are involved in religious, education and community activities. Members are welcome and encouraged to join committees and to contribute their expertise or share their interest in a particular area.
